Here is a beer bottle i modeled. i made this using Nurbs and I made a brown glass texture using mental ray materials.
I have enabled ray tracing in order to get the shadows and lit the scenes with a spot light and an ambient light.
This is a pint of beer which i modeled and textured. It's the same glass technique as the above but i used an image instead of the brown colouring. The top is textured to look like froth and has a bump map applied.
I'm reasonably happy with these. Maybe with more practice i could make the glass slightly more realistic. Getting the glass right was hard, especially with the clear glass for the pint glass.
